Tex stands about 15.2 hands tall and built right. He has been extensively trail rode and hunted off of for squirrels and wild hogs.
Tex is the family-safe trail horse everyone is looking for. If you can sit in the saddle and hold the reins you can ride Tex.
He is a point and go type of horse. He has been hauled and trail ridden extensively through many different types of terrain. He is sure footed and honest. Tex is not spooky and will cross creeks, go through any body type of water, thick brush, logs, bridges, rough terrain and up and down cliffs with ease. He has been rode on the road and is use to all kinds of traffic, heavy machinery and ATV’s. He is also dog safe. You can ride Tex out alone with ease or with other horses. He will make a great horse for any level of rider. He is a sweet and well mannered gelding.
Tex has a good neck rein on him, good stop, W/T/C, and has a nice short lope, hauls good, bathes good, stands good for farrier and to be saddled and mounted. Suitable for any level rider. Great on picket line and over night camping. He stands quiet with no nonsense. He is easy to catch and loves attention.
Tex sells with a certificate of soundness from a licensed veterinarian.
